Strengthening cooperation and integration between Arabs is not the responsibility of the governments of Arab African countries and foreign countries. Therefore, the International Accreditation Council for Economic, Political and Strategic Studies and Research seeks, through its activities, to find the best ways in the fields of scientific and training human development, exchange of experiences, and encouragement of mutual Arab, African and foreign investments. The Council emerged at an important time, as most of these countries suffer from a clear weakness in scientific, technical and administrative expertise, and some lack in the financial aspect, which requires the development of a strategy based on a clear vision of Arab, African and foreign cooperation, in which both the public and private sectors participate.
The Council is interested in finding the best scientific ways to serve the concerned authorities and institutions, according to the actual needs, by urging Arab, African and foreign countries to cooperate in establishing a partnership relationship between them and adopting plans and programs to achieve sustainable development, including contributing to the comprehensive development project, and working on coordination and cooperation with governments and organizations. Civil society that agrees with the objectives of the Council and contribute positively to joint action and highlight the image of Arab, African and foreign countries in a manner that suits them
the establishment of development programs concerned with the issues of the two regions and what is related to them..and urging all media outlets to achieve this..and urging governments and civil society organizations to activate all agreements and decisions issued by the Arab, African and foreign summits and their outcomes, and adopting distinguished projects and programs that contribute to Arab development. And African and foreign, in accordance with the plans and programs of the Council .. And communication with the authorities concerned with the implementation of research and studies in order to contribute to the preparation of planning and programs and their activation.
